Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Prenda Mo Panalo Mo” raffle promo will run on May 1, 2024 to July 31, 2024 and exclusive only in participating areas of General Santos, Sarangani, and Sultan Kudarat Region.
2. Customers with Quick Cash Loan (Prenda), Home Loan and Car Loan transactions at any M Lhuillier branch in General Santos, Sarangani, and Sultan Kudarat areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be twenty (20) winners to win P2,000.00 each (5 winners per area) in every draw and four (4) lucky winners (1 winner per area) will win a brand new motorcycle in the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant, such as name, address and contact number, shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the Pawn Ticket
Number (PTN) for Quick Cash Loan.
9. Cash Prizes are not transferrable. Motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on
the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the cost of transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified for the succeeding monthly draws, but are
qualified for the grand draw. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the
winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction
receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The motorcycle will
be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Gensan 1, Area B –
ML Mabuhay, Area C – ML Lagao, and Area D – ML Calumpang 2).
14. List of winners will be posted at ML Facebook page, Website, and MLTV’s.
15. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or
announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, shall be forfeited in favor
of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable
with the concurrence of DTI. During the raffle draw, M Lhuillier will have a buffer set of
winners if in case there will be a disqualified promo winners.
18. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name
and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional
charge or permission.
