Promo Mechanics:
1. The “ML Wallet Chrismas Treat of Prizes” raffle promo will run on November 15 to
December 31, 2022 and is exclusive only to all ML Wallet app customers nationwide.
2. To join the promo, the customers must download the ML Wallet mobile app on Google Play,
Apple App Store or Huwaei App Gallery for FREE on their mobile phones.
3. Customers who have completed at least One (1) in any of the ML Wallet transactions such as
Pay Bills, Send Money via Kwarta Padala (With a minimum required amount of Php1,000),
Shop Items, and Bank Transfer are automatically qualified to participate in the promo.
4. There will be Ten (10) weekly winners to win P2, 000.00 worth of ML Wallet cash credits.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated promo
entry.
6. Draw dates are as follows:

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 4 o’clock in the
afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via virtual meet.
8. Winners are electronically drawn based on the entry assigned with the reference number of
each transaction.
9. Cash Prizes are not transferable and are tax-free.
10. All qualified transactions during the periods covered shall qualify for the pertinent draw
date. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the reference numbers are unique and
falls within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the
winner must go to an ML branch and present: the confirmation e-mail, a valid government-
issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by
the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be released via ML Wallet.
13. List of winners will be posted at M Lhuillier’s official facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be
forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of
consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with
the concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name
and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional
charge or permission.
