Promo Mechanics:
1. The “ML Summer Saya” raffle promo will run on April 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024 and exclusive only in participating areas of Northern, Eastern and Western Samar.
2. Customers with ML Kwarta Padala Domestic Sendout, Quick Cash Loan (Prenda) and Bills payment transactions at any M Lhuillier branch in Northern, Eastern, and Western Samar areas are automatically qualified to participate in the promo regardless of the amount of transaction. Below is the list of participating branches for the promo.

3. There will be Fifteen (15) lucky winners to win ₱2,000.00 (3 winners per area) in the first draw, Fifteen (15) lucky winners of ₱5,000.00 (3 winners per area) in the second draw, and Ten (10) lucky winners will win a brand new smart phone (2 winners per area) and One (1) lucky winner to win a brand new motorcycle in the grand draw.
4. All needed information from the participant such as name, complete address, and contact number shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated raffle entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon with the presence of a DTI Representative via Virtual Meet.
8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the KPTN (Kwarta Padala Transaction Number) of M Lhuillier Kwarta Padala domestic send-out, PTN (Pawn Ticket Number) for Quick Cash Loan, and BPRN (Bills Payment Reference Number) for Bills payment.
9. Cash prizes are not transferable, smart phone and motorcycle prizes are not convertible to cash. Taxes on the winnings shall be shouldered by the M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc., and the motorcycle will be registered to the lucky winner’s name.
10. The motorcycle will be registered in M Lhuillier's name first, and the winner will bear the cost of transfer after the awarding.
11. Non-winning entries in the 1st Draw are no longer qualified for the 2nd Draw on June 7, 2024. Non-winning entries in both the 1st Draw and 2nd Draw are qualified for the Grand Draw on July 8, 2024. Winners may win multiple times as long as the transaction numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to any ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager. If a transaction receipt is lost, the M Lhuillier must verify or look up and reprint the transaction receipt to complete the documentation for each winner.
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application. The smart phone and motorcycle will be claimed from the following M Lhuillier branches: (Area A – ML Calbayog 1, Area B – ML Borongan 1, Area C – ML Catarman 1, Area D – ML Gen Mac, and Area E – ML Catbalogan 2).
14. List of winners will be posted at ML Official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/mlhuillier.official, Website https://mlhuillier.com/promos/, and MLTV’s, for instance, it is a television installed in M Lhuillier branches to inform customers about M Lhuillier services and promotions.
15Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from the date of the publication or announcement or notification of winners, whichever comes last, shall be forfeited in favor of the sponsor only upon written approval of the DTI.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
18. Participants shall sign a Consent printed at the back of the ML copy of the Transaction Receipt, giving consent to the Sponsor, M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc. to use his/her name and/or photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or permission.
