Promo Mechanics:
1. The M Lhuillier - Western Union “Cash Sorpresa” raffle promo will run on October 16, 2024 to January 15, 2025 and is open to all customers nationwide.
2. M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. is the promoter of this Promotion.
3. Customers with Inbound and Outbound transactions at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide are automatically qualified to participate in the promo.
4. Five (5) winners will receive P2,000.00 each from LNCR, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO for WU-inbound transactions, and Five (5) winners will receive P3,000.00 each from LNCR, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO for WU-outbound transactions in the First Draw; Five (5) winners will receive P5,000.00 each from LNCR, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO for WU-inbound transactions, and Five (5) winners will receive P6,000.00 each from LNCR, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO for WU-outbound transactions in the Second Draw; and Two (2) lucky winners will receive P20,000.00 each from LNCR, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO for WU-inbound transactions, and Two (2) lucky winners will receive P25,000.00 each from LNCR, VISAYAS, and MINDANAO for WU-outbound transactions in the Grand Draw.
5. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer generated promo entry.

7. The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 2 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.
8. Winners are electronically drawn based on the entry assigned with the reference number of each transaction.
9. Cash Prizes are not transferable and are tax free.
10. All qualified transactions during the periods covered shall qualify for the pertinent draw date. Winners can win multiple times as long as the reference numbers are unique and fall within promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail and call . For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the confirmation e-mail, a valid government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be released via ML Wallet.
13. List of winners will be posted at M Lhuillier’s official facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. M Lhuillier collects Personal Information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize supplies and as required to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. M Lhuillier will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Notice, which can be viewed at https://www.mlhuillier.com/privacynotice/.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and Western Union and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier and Western Union will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
18. A participating customer shall sign consent with ML and Western Union that he/she allows the use of his/her name and photo in case he/she wins for publicity purposes.
