Promo Mechanics:
1. The M Lhuillier - Instant Cash “New Year Cash Surprises” raffle promo will run on January 1, 2024 to February 29, 2024, and is open to all customer nationwide.
2. Customers with Instant Cash remittance transactions claimed at the M Lhuillier branches are automatically qualified to participate in the promo.
3. Each qualified transaction will earn the participant one (1) computer-generated raffle entry.
4. All needed information from the participant such as address and other contact details shall be obtained upon transaction.
5. There will be a total of Four (4) lucky winners to win Php 10,000 cash each, and One (1) grand draw winner to win Php 50,000 cash.

8. Winners are electronically picked based on the entry assigned to the reference number of each
transaction.
9. Cash Prizes are not transferable and are tax-free.
10. Non-winning entries are no longer qualified in the succeeding draws, but are qualified in the
grand raffle draw on March 6, 2024. Winners may win multiple times as long as the reference
numbers are unique and fall within the promo dates covered.
11. Winners will be notified through registered mail. For the processing of the prize, the winner must
go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, the winning transaction receipt, and a valid
unexpired government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be
subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
12. Once verified, cash prizes will be claimed via ML Wallet Application.
13. List of winners will be posted on the ML's Facebook page, website, and MLTVs.
14. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited
in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.
15. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and Instant Cash, and their relatives up to
2 nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
16. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the
concurrence of DTI.
17. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name and/or
photographs in any publicity connected with the promotion without additional charge or
permission.
