Promo Mechanics:

The M Lhuillier - Western Union “Hatid ay Sorpresa” raffle promo will run on September 15, 2025 – December 15, 2025 and is open to all customers nationwide. Customers who claim Western Union international payouts from abroad at M Lhuillier (“inbound”) and send funds through M Lhuillier to abroad (“outbound”) nationwide with a minimum of $100 sent or received are qualified to participate in the promo. To register for the raffle promo, customers must Scan the QR Code. FLA will help the customer to complete the registration process. Customer registration and transaction details must be accurate particularly the Reference No., Full Name, Full Address, Contact Number and Amount. M Lhuillier Financial Services Inc. and Western Union Financial Services are not liable for unsuccessful registration due to any missing and/or incomplete information. There will be a total of Fifteen (15) lucky winners to win P2,000.00 in the monthly draws for Inbound transactions; and a total of Thirty (30) lucky winners to win P2,000.00 in the monthly draws for Outbound transactions.

The draws will be held at ML Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 1 o’clock in the afternoon via virtual meet with the presence of a DTI Representative.

Winners are electronically drawn based on the entry assigned with the reference number of each transaction. Cash Prizes are not transferable and are tax free.

Winners may win multiple times for as long as the reference numbers are unique and the corresponding qualified transaction falls within the promo dates covered.

Winners will be notified through registered mail and phone call. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the confirmation e-mail, a valid government-issued ID and MCash wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.

Customers must retain their original transaction receipt to claim the prize. Claims without the original receipt will not be accepted.

Once verified, cash prizes will be released via MCash wallet. List of winners will be posted at M Lhuillier’s official facebook page, website, and MLTV’s. M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. (“MLFSI”) is the promoter of this promotion. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior DTI approval.

Western Union is not the administrator, sponsor, or promoter of this Promotion. The Promotion is solely conducted and managed by the Promoter. Western Union involvement is limited to providing technical facilitation for money transfers and marketing support for the Promotion but has no responsibility for the administration, selection of winners, distribution of prizes, or any claims arising from participation. Any disputes, claims, or damages related to or arising from the sweepstakes are the sole responsibility of the Promoter, and Western Union shall not be held liable in any way.

M Lhuillier collects Personal Information (PI) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize supplies and as required to regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. M Lhuillier will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Notice, which can be viewed at https://www.mlhuillier.com/privacynotice/. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and Western Union and their relatives up to 2 nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier and Western Union will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.

A participating customer shall sign consent with ML and Western Union that he/she allows the use of his/her name and photo in case he/she wins for publicity purposes.
