Promo Mechanics:
1. The “Global Kwarta Extravaganza” raffle promo will run from April 22, 2024 to July 22, 2024 and is open to all customers nationwide.
2. M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. (“MLFSI”) is the promoter of this Promotion.
3. Customers with international payout (“Inbound”) transactions at any M Lhuillier branch nationwide are automatically qualified to participate in the promo.
4. Each qualified transaction will earn the customer one (1) computer generated raffle entry.
5. There will be Four Hundred Ninety (490) lucky winners to win 4,000.00 each (10 winners per region) in the first draw, and Four Hundred Ninety (490) lucky winners to win 5,000.00 each (10 winners per region) in the final draw.
6. Details of the date of entry of the qualified transaction, raffle draw dates, number of winners and amount of cash prizes are as follows:

8. The draws will be held at M Lhuillier Building, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City at 9:00AM to 4:00 PM via virtual meeting with the presence of a DTI Representative.
9. Winners are electronically and randomly drawn based on the entry assigned with the reference number of each transaction.
10. Cash Prizes are not transferable and are tax free.
11. Winners may win multiple times for as long as the reference numbers are unique and the corresponding qualified transaction falls within the promo dates covered.
12. Winners will be notified through a phone call and registered mail. For processing of the prize, the winner must go to an ML branch and present: the registered mail, a valid unexpired government-issued ID and ML Wallet account number. These documents will be subject to verification by the ML Branch Manager.
13. Once verified, cash prizes will be released via ML Wallet.
14. List of winners will be posted at M Lhuillier’s official Facebook page, website, and MLTV’s.
15. Prizes that remain unclaimed after sixty (60) days from the receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. with prior of DTI approval.
16. All employees of M Lhuillier Financial Services, Inc. and international partners, and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.
17. Decisions on the results of the promo made by M Lhuillier will be deemed irrevocable with the concurrence of DTI.
18. Acceptance of the prize will be deemed as consent by the winner to use his/her name in all related publicity and use his/her photographs in all publicity connected with the promo without additional charge or permission.
